Scope
This Policy applies to personal information we collect about U.S. consumers and business contacts when you use our Services, interact with us, or provide information to us. We won't use personal information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without notice (and consent where legally required).
Cookies, Analytics, and Ads
We and our partners use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, measure performance, and show ads relevant to your interests. Manage cookies via our "Cookie Preferences" link and your browser/device settings. Where required by law, we obtain consent for non-essential cookies.
"Sale," "Sharing," and Targeted Advertising
Some state laws define "sell," "share," or "targeted advertising" broadly to include certain disclosures for ads and measurement. We may disclose identifiers, internet/activity data, and inferences to advertising and analytics partners for these purposes. You can opt out at any time (see "Your Rights & Opt-Outs"). We honor recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control) where required.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as necessary to provide Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our rights, and pursue legitimate business purposes, using criteria like account status, contractual and statutory requirements, and technical constraints.
